Call for Artists
RiverBrink Art Museum is now accepting proposals for the On The ‘Brink Installation Art Festival, a two-day (August 30th - 31st) outdoor exhibition of installation art on the beautiful grounds of the art museum, overlooking the Niagara River. This event is the second annual showcase of installation art in the heart of Niagara. Artist participants will receive honorariums of $600.00 (each). On The ‘Brink aims to celebrate the creativity and innovation of artists working in or about Niagara. The festival will provide an opportunity for members of the community to experience and learn about installation art, meet local artists and enjoy the stunning natural landscape at RiverBrink.

The Garden Photo workshop
$250 Members
$275 Non-Members A garden can be many things; it can be a relaxing refuge, a creative outlet for learning and experimentation, a place to watch things grow, where you gather ingredients for your dinner, or a welcoming space for pollinators and birds. What meaning does your garden hold for you and what stories can you find there? In this six-week workshop you will learn how to go beyond taking snapshots to think more deeply about how to photograph your garden and craft a compelling visual story. You do not need to have your own garden to participate, but you will need access to a public/private garden or green space for the duration of this course. All gardens and all cameras are welcome! |
