RiverBrink Art Museum is proud to present The Studio Gallery, a vibrant juried exhibition series showcasing the remarkable talent of local artists. Taking place one weekend each month from May through October 2025, this engaging series offers visitors the chance to explore fresh, original artwork in an inspiring and family-friendly setting.

May 17 & 18 - Lynn Weiner, Sherron Moorhead, Peter Malaguti
Lynn Weiner, originally from Quebec's Eastern Townships, has lived in Niagara-on-the-Lake since 2014. She creates realistic acrylic paintings using layered colour techniques to evoke depth and dimension. She is a member of the Society of Canadian Artists, Federation of Canadian Artists, and the Niagara-on-the-Lake Arts Collective.

Sherron Moorhead has spent her entire life producing artwork in one form or another. At age 11, during art lessons at the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts, she met Arthur Lismer (Group of Seven). His presence and sketching talent left an indelible impression that created a lifelong desire to learn and grow in her artistic abilities.
Peter Malaguti is a seasoned Illustrator with 35+ years in aerospace and advertising. He paints in acrylics, watercolour, and pastel, and teaches various art forms including plein air, portrait, and perspective. A CSPWC and CFA member, he’s exhibited in juried shows and taught at major Niagara art institutions.
June 21 & 22 - Tim Sullivan, Filomena Scarfone
Tim Sullivan is a landscape artist living in Niagara on the Lake. Tim is a member of the NOTL Arts Collective and has shown his work in local shows and in galleries in Niagara on the Lake, Fort Erie and Toronto.

Filomena Scarfone, was born and raised in the Niagara region. She is a commercial photographer that learned to adapt and pivot during the pandemic. She learned the fine art style of photography and this became her way to artistically express herself. Filomena also found new ways to display her art. She fell in love with the natural marble stone.

July 19 & 20 - "The Wednesday Art Connection"
This eclectic group of artists has gathered weekly since 2011, united by a love of painting and lasting friendship. Their first group show in years, they’re thrilled to share their work and celebrate creativity in a new venue.
August 16 & 17 - Darren Cranford
Darren Cranford, lives in Niagara, holds a Fine Arts degree in painting. Co-owner of Krow VFX, he’s worked with Netflix, NBC Universal, and 20th Century Fox. A Canadian Academy-nominated Animation Director. Darren serves on advisory boards for Ontario colleges and is an author, illustrator, and dedicated painter with the NOTL Collective.

September 20 & 21 - Neeti Mehrotra, Rosie Sherman, Susan Holly
For Neeti Mehrotra, beading, is a challenge and a meditative, calming state. Mostly self-taught, Neeti hasb een beading for more than 15 years now. She loves intricate designs with small repetitive motifs and enjoys choosing bead colors, textures and finishes as much as beading the motif.

Rosie Sherman is a contemporary acrylic artist with over 35 years of experience. Known for her bold, vibrant florals and landscapes, her work has been exhibited in Toronto, Niagara-on-the-Lake, and Florida. She also teaches, inspiring students with her passion, creativity, and joy for painting.

Susan Holly’s journey as an artist has been shaped by her love of design, painting, and creativity. Her latest passion—stained glass—allows her to explore color and design in new and exciting ways, resulting in vibrant, expressive pieces. Her motto: Put a little sparkle in your life today.
October 17 & 18 - Julia Kane
Julia Kane currently working fulltime as an artist in Niagara-on-the-Lake. Julia embraces the different styles of watercolour, vibrancy of acrylics and mixed media and contemporary poured resins. She is sharing her love and experience with fused glass by instructing workshops. An award-winning artist, Julia’s creations are in many corporate and private collections.
